Shipping policy
Star Amore’s ship world wide- we offer a currency converter which is located at the bottom of our website.
We offer two types of delivery:
Standard (2nd class via Royal Mail approx. 2-4 working days) If you opt for standard you will be shown proof of postage which is available upon request but we cannot track your parcel. If you opt for standard we can NOT reimburse you for lost or damage parcels.
Standard tracked (2nd class via Royal Mail approx 2-4 working days) With this service you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the whereabouts of your parcel until delivered. You will be reimbursed if your parcel is lost or damaged.
Standard international (via Royal Mail approx 7-17 working days) If you opt for standard you will be shown proof of postage which is available upon request but we cannot track your parcel. If you opt for standard we can NOT reimburse you for lost or damage parcels.
Standard international tracked (via Royal Mail approx 7-17 working days) With this service you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the whereabouts of your parcel until delivered. You will be reimbursed if your parcel is lost or damaged.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. We will put up a notification on our website during busier times where dispatch times on orders will be greater.
The above delivery times may vary and your order may arrive sooner or later depending on Royal Mail’s work load- we have no control over this. International orders may be delayed due to customs checks-again we have no control over this.
Star Amore’s are not responsible for any import or customs tax’s-the buyer is liable for this. We offer the lowest possible shipping costs to help compensate for this.
If you require a 1st class or next day (UK) service then please contact us prior to making your order and we will try out best to accommodate this.
Please do not contact us for an exchange/refund if you opted for standard and NOT tracked as we cannot offer this- the most we can offer is proof of postage and expected timeframe of delivery.
If you opt for standard tracked and do not receive your order within (14 days UK) (28 days international) then please contact us.
